If your browser is unable to store a cookie, the SJU Proxy server will see that there is no cookie, and will continue to re-prompt you to log in.  Here are possible solutions to this issue:

 
1.  Enable cookies for sju.edu (most likely solution)
2.  Open an incognito browser session (if this works, it is likely a browser cache issue)
3.  Completely clear browser cache/cookies/site history
4.  Disable VPN software, if used, which could be blocking your IP address identity
5.  Try to access library resources on a smartphone, with cookies enabled
