The best option for medical case studies and reports is the database PubMed. 

Once in PubMed, follow these steps to limit your search results to articles published as case reports/case studies: 

1. Search for your topic (example: epilepsy, pediatric, marijuana)

2. Once you have a results list, select "additional filters" at the bottom of the column on the left

3. Select "case report" under article type (this adds the option to your filter menu)

4. Return to your search and click on case report in the filter menu 

5. Run your search again with case report as a filter
