Q. How long does it take to get an article through Interlibrary Loan/ILLiad?

• Articles: allow 1-5 business days. 
• Books:  allow at least 5 business days. You will receive an email when your book is available for pickup at one of the library service desks, F.A. Drexel (Hawk Hill), Griffith (University City), or Greenfield (Lancaster).

Please note:  The more information you include in the request, especially a DOI, ISSN, or ISBN, and the more accurate the information given, the better the likelihood that your request will be filled quickly.  ILL staff will only process requests during regular business hours, not during weekends and holidays.
