Q. What are my library privileges as an alumnus of Saint Joseph's?

Access to the Library Buildings
Alumni may access the SJU Libraries during any open hours of operation. Please show either an Alumni Library Card or valid photo identification.

Borrowing privileges
Alumni are welcome to use the Library catalog and borrow books from the Library with their Alumni Library Card. To obtain a card, come to Library's Service Desk during regular business hours (9am - 5pm, Monday-Friday) and make the request in person by filling out our application form. You will receive a card once Alumni status has been verified with the Alumni Office. Note that a valid picture ID is required to enter the Library.

An Alumni Library Card does not expire. Registered alumni may:

• Borrow circulating books from the Library: up to 10 books for a 30-day loan period with one renewal.
• Access any of our print resources, including print journals.
• Visit the Library during evening and weekend hours.
