Q. I am ON campus but am not able to get through to a library database.

Links to our subscription databases have an added http://ezproxy.sju.edu/login?url= at the beginning to enable off-campus users to be authenticated as SJU users. If for some reason the proxy server is down, however, no one will be able to get into our resources.

There is a workaround for users ON campus. If the database you are attempting to access has an address such as:  http://ezproxy.sju.edu/login?url=http://DATABASE_URL, just delete the everything up to the =  and use the Database URL beginning with the 2nd http://.
