Export your calendar:

  1. Click Preferences
  2. Click Import/export
  3. Under Export, select the Calendar button and browse to the correct calendar
  4. Click Export
  5. Save file

Convert your calendar:

  1. Go to: https://icsconvert.appspot.com/ or http://projectwizards.net/en/support/ics2csv

  2. Browse and upload your .ics calendar file
  3. Click Convert to CSV
  4. Download file
  5. Save file DO NOT OPEN

Opening in Excel

  1. Open the Excel program
  2. Go to File -> Open
  3. Select your csv temp file and open
  4. Select the first COLUMN (not cell)
  5. Under Data, click Text to Columns
  6. Select Delimited hit Next
  7. Your data should preview like an excel sheet. 
  8. Click finish
  9. Manipulate and tabulate data!!

  3. The 1st comment is incorrect. I went to Appshot first to try converting from ICS to CSV, but they want you to pay $2 for it. The other site, Project Wizards, converted my ICS file to CSV for free.
