Purdue University's Online Writing Lab for students (known as OWL), provides a short, helpful example of how to create an annotated bibliography in the most common styles, including APA. (APA is the second example)

For the citation part of your bibliography, you can use citation management software like Zotero, EndNote, Mendeley.

Or use the built-in cite tools in our databases (but remember to check against the Manual).
